The need for a performance review and improvement arises after a certain period of the start of the implementation of the PM methodology.
Mr. Turki Abdulaziz Alnemr
Saudi, holds an MBA from Al-Faisal University (2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University in Riyadh (1999). Turki holds a number of professional certificates in project management, governance and information technology such as PMP, MSP, OPM3, COBIT and CGBP. The author also has more than 19 years of practical experience in the fields of technology, project management and strategies in the public and private sectors. The author began his career as a system analyst and then worked in the fields of project management and strategy for more than 17 years. He worked in large and diverse companies and institutions in areas such as telecommunications, financial market, social insurance, institutions, ministries and government councils. He has established and managed the PMO in a number of companies and government sectors. Such as: Mobily, Saudi Stock Exchange, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (former), The Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) and General Secretariat of Council of Ministers.
